Companies will often offer a cheaper prices for a bulk wholesale order.

But the minimum spend for a wholesale order is usually too much for one family.

A co-operative (“co-op”) is a group of people who join together and contribute to the bulk order.

Additionally, most companies don’t sell the larger bag sizes to the public, and the larger bags are even cheaper again!

Example, with Honest to Goodness, 2kg is the largest size of almonds available to the public, but with a wholesale account we can get 5kg and even 20kg for even more savings.

A wholesale order needs to be submitted as one big order.

Jarrod, being the computer whizz he is, has transferred all the products and prices onto our own Dora Creek co-op page. This means you order individually, and pay to us. Then we take all the orders and money, and collate it together for one big order.

As it is one big order, it unfortunately can’t be delivered to everyone’s own home.

The order will come to our house, and we sort it out into everyone’s individual orders, and you need to pick up the order from our house. If you need it delivered to your house, then organising your own co-op or doing a regular retail order may work better for you.

The freight cost to be delivered to Dora Creek is $13.75 / 20kg (68¢ per kg). When you place your order the freight cost is next to the product cost.

When we have a delivery date from the company, we will send you a message with the expected pick up day.

If you are someone we know, of course we will bring it to any mutual events or gatherings 🙂

Your money comes to us and then we pay one amount to the wholesaler. You have two payment options. You can transfer the money to us (Our bank details appear when you choose the “back transfer” option). Or you can use your credit card to make a payment to us through PayPal. If you choose the PayPal options, please note that PayPal charges an extra 30¢ + 2.6% per transaction. This extra charge is added to your order and the extra amount is given to PayPal.

We kindly ask that you transfer the money at the time you submit your order, as we use this money to pay for the order!

We now add a small percent to cover any delivery or product variations that can and do occur. This is already included in the price you see, it is not added at the end.

Please note it also takes a few hours each time we order, to get the order organised and put in, correspondence when a product is out of stock, and then when it arrives to unpack and repack into everyone’s individual orders.
